“I don’t like to go by the scales. I go by how my clothes fit. Today I had to wear a belt with my jeans, and when my husband commented on my four-pack, that was proof that he saw progress. Now I’m going for a six-pack.”

— Kelly, PA

“I put on my high school letterman jacket last night to see if I could wear it. Not only did it fit, but I got it zipped! I haven’t been happy with my weight for twenty years. When I look in the mirror, I can’t believe it’s really me. I have confidence now I’ve never known before.”

— Susan, CA

“Thanks to coach Mendy Lynn, my mom is sticking to a healthy eating plan like she has never done. I visited her this week end and could immediately see the results of her twenty-pound weight loss. I told her she needed to buy new pants because hers were too loose.”

— Shelly, TX

“My Periodontist noticed at my recent visit that I have lost a lot of weight. I told her about Coach Mendy Lynn. Other people are commenting too. I never believed before that this was possible for me.”

— Christine, PA

“For the first time in my life, people are starting to call me skinny. I’ve never been called that. I found a pencil skirt I bought and put away for 'some day.' I tried it on, and it fit! Seven more pounds and I will be ready to maintain. That’s a total of twenty-five pounds total in four months!”

— Christine, MO

“I’ve had several trainers, but never had big success. When I followed Coach Mendy Lynn’s plan, I began losing weight from the start, and I’ve continued to lose one to two pounds consistently each week.”

— Anne, KS
